For any Ovyero account, Free included. The link signs you in as you (an identity session), which is what Settings, two-factor, Members & roles and the access log need. Your API key is not touched, so hooks and CI keep working.
If that email belongs to an Ovyero account, a sign-in link is on its way (valid for a short time, single use). Check spam if it hasn't arrived in a minute.
